Queenie & Belles events offer bespoke event management and production to suit your budget. From family birthdays and special occasions, right the way through to weddings and corporate events of any size. 

Our unique vision and personal touch delivers happiness and satisfaction to our many clients both past, present and new.

Since we started out in 2014, we've developed a reliable and professional network of contacts in all of the areas that matter most; from marquee suppliers, bar staff and catering right through to vintage cars and beyond. We ensure that our clients are rewarded with the very best productions. 

Defined by our personal and creative approach, we are able to deliver a diverse and bespoke range of event productions - from weddings, corporate events to themed private parties. 

We believe that how you feel afterwards defines the care and devotion that we put in to every event and this has since become our 'trade mark'.

Testimonials

The lovely ladies Annabel and Jane from Queenie & Belles Events organised us a super party for approximately 80 people.  It started with an informal meeting where they showed me photos and we discussed ideas and costs.  Once we had agreed on which direction to head in they sent me a mood board, which I found very useful as I could really see how this would work in our garden.  They then went on organised everything from the marquee, the hog roast and the rest of the food, tables & chairs, crockery, bar, hay bales you name it they did it!  Everything was very easy for us – we just turned up!  We very absolutely delighted with everything and would strongly recommend them.  Nothing was too much trouble!

A huge thank you to Jane & Annabel for putting together a fabulous party for us on Sunday. They took away all of the stress, it was a great day. Well done ladies!

Also, it was a lot of fun planning it and I really appreciated your flexibility and ideas . . . to come up with a plan that was going to be really special and within a budget, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better day’

Dear Annabel & Jane,

Thank you SO much for helping us organise our fabulous party at the end of May. It was the party we dreamed of- thanks to your efficiency & enthusiasm in guiding plans along right from the start. You made yourselves available for meetings on request and no problem seemed too big or too small to be dealt with.

Your guidance in formulating the bigger parts of the equation was invaluable - marquee hire, tables & chairs, drinks & glasses, caterers - and on to the smaller, yet just as important matters - cutlery, decorations (and I'm pretty sure you had a hand sorting the weather too!!). It was an absolute pleasure dealing with local providers and everyone who delivered items leading up to the party was punctual, efficient and courteous. Clear-up after the event was equally efficient, with minimal disruption.

You both worked tirelessly on the day, ensuring that drinks were handed round, food was artistically arranged on the tables and that plates were cleared unobtrusively, leaving the party area looking attractive throughout the day. We have had so many compliments from friends & family since the party, praising everything from the delicious food to the beautiful marquee, the colourful flowers to the rustic bar.

David & I were very daunted at the prospect of a big party, but you have both made it a stress-free, enjoyable, fun event and left our family & friends asking - "when is the next one!". Thank you so very much for all your hard work.

Our wedding was absolutely magnificent and I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping make it so. You were so supportive in the run up and really made the whole thing come to life on the day. All the little extras made such a difference and everyone has been commenting on the great running and overall experience.

A massive thank you from Annabel and I for all your hard work in putting the party together.  It was a very special evening and the comments and thank you letters have been quite overwhelming in their praise of the organisation, attention to detail.  The general consensus has been that people were absolutely blown away by the quality of the food and that the band and pianist were top quality.

I trust that you both enjoyed the challenge of arranging the celebration and must be very proud that the end result was so well received. We had a great time and it was a party that will dwell in the memory for a while yet. 

Queenie&Belles Events were the understated angels who delivered THE Henley Christmas event at the Rugby Club after several years' absence. I gave them a nightmare 6 week deadline and they worked their butts off to deliver the impossible...believe me, you couldn't find better....and they still smiled through it all.
